Location: Southern Photo  - 125 E. Nasa Blvd, Melbourne - Wednesday October 6th from 6:30-9:00pm.
Cost is $35 per person

Printing and Preparing Images for the Web - Photoshop allows control over the printing process that film photographers could only dream about with chemical printing.  The fundamental printing process will be demonstrated with Adobe photoshop with multiple variations and sizes.  The choices of paper types will be discussed, and the use of paper specific profiles will be demonstrated.  Preparing images for  submission to printing services will also be discussed and shown.  Techniques for preparing images for Web applications will be demonstrated.


Additionally, the use of Photoshop tools and techniques for making posters will be presented and demonstrated.  Finally, a "What's new in Photoshop CS5" will be presented and some new capabilities will be demonstrated.
